WHO IS GOING TO LEAD THE SESSIONS?

Núria Boladeres is a PCC Coach Certified by the  International Coach Federation and an NLP Practitioner. She is trained in transformational leadership and Mindfulness by the University of Massachusetts. She is also a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher trained in India by Gurmukh.  Since 2015 she has accompanied individuals and corporations though growth, change and self-discovery. 

Her therapeutic approach is holistic taking into account body, language and emotions. Her sessions are a quiet place where you can hear your own voice and in which you will be able to let go of what is not serving you anymore and let come new tools and strategies that meet your current needs and expectations.

FIRST SESSION ONLINE 1H 40$

This initial session will help us identify your needs, answer any questions you may have and establish a tailored roadmap to follow in the following sessions.

1H ZOOM SESSIONS 85$

This is the standard length of a session. We will go through different techniques and will design a plan for your home practice that will allow you to improve whatever interests you at your pace.
